Business Development Manager

Strong Business Development Manager required who can hit the ground running in a busy Promotional role NOR.The person they are seeking will be motivated to support the vision of the owners while the business goes through a large growth period.

Day to Day :

  • Sales of existing and new products
  • Networking and building relationships
  • Taking orders via phone, face to face
  • Quoting via NetSuite
  • Account management – calling existing clients, site visits
  • Showing new product ranges
  • On road most of the week with minimal hours in the office

Essential for the role :

  • Strong account management skills
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Design Experience- Eg – Photoshop, Canva
  • Strong business development skills to source and obtain new clients
  • Someone who doesn’t sit in the office and wait for the phone to ring
  • Mature attitude & the ability to think like the business owner
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with promotional material, PPE, uniforms, work wear safety
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • A listener who knows how to close a sale
  • Ability to relate and work with a predominantly female clientele
