We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Eastern Creek team, looking after clients and candidates across Western and South-Western Sydney.
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, building strong partnerships and making a genuine difference to the experience of our clients and workers.
Ideally, you'll bring experience in blue-collar recruitment and an understanding of the safety requirements that come with managing a labour hire workforce. Just as importantly, you'll have the resilience, initiative and people skills to build trust, solve problems and identify opportunities to grow the business. Candidates with a strong background in B2B sales, account management or relationship development will also be considered.

No two days are the same. You'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule, get out to client sites and stay connected with the people who make our business successful.

- Building strong relationships: Regularly visit client sites, check in with placed workers and ensure our clients receive outstanding service.
- Managing your portfolio: Take a hands-on approach to recruitment, workforce coordination and the ongoing management of client and candidate relationships.
- Driving safety: Conduct proactive site visits, worker welfare checks and safety activities to support a safe working environment.
- Supporting our workforce: Welcome new starters onsite, issue PPE, assist with payroll enquiries and help resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Growing the business: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, strengthen client partnerships and uncover new avenues for labour supply.
- Being part of the team: Work closely with the wider branch team to deliver results, share ideas and continuously improve how we service our clients and candidates.
