- Managing client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified, or currently undertaking
- Experience within public practice, professional services, or a relevant commercial environment
- Strong technical accounting or tax capability
- Professional communication and client-facing skills
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
