Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join
high performing and supportive team where you will be responsible for processing end-to-end accounts receivable, credit control, collections, financial reporting whilst providing excellent customer service!

The role will be responsible for:
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, reconciliations and receipting of remittances.
- Manage high volume deposits and correctly allocate on a daily basis.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices both via email and phone calls to ensure debts remain within agreed trade terms.
- Undertake daily outbound collection calls and update debtors ledger accordingly.
- Manage all allocated accounts in accordance with company credit terms and policies including customer orders on hold and release approvals.
- Prepare accurate monthly debtors report for management.
- Undertake credit checks for any new accounts.
- Assist to identify and implement strategies for challenging customer issues such as closed accounts, disputed claims and other as they arise, and
- Provide helpful, highly responsive, efficient customer service whilst meeting targets for both collections and Debtors days.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer working with a large customer base and high-volume environment
- Strong ability to manage aged debtors
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues satisfactorily and deal with challenging customers
- Excellent Negotiation and communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid working relationships
- Excellent telephone manner
