We are looking for reliable Machine Operators/Adhesive Operator to join our manufacturing team in Somerton. You’ll be working with a leading Australian manufacturer of kitchen cabinetry, helping produce high-quality timber panels in a fast-paced, modern facility.

Our client:
We are looking for reliable Machine Operators/Adhesive Operator to join our manufacturing team in Somerton. You’ll be working with a leading Australian manufacturer of kitchen cabinetry, helping produce high-quality timber panels in a fast-paced, modern facility.

- Operating robotic machinery to provide adhesive coating onto panels.
- Programming and troubleshooting CEFLA machinery.
- General factory tasks and maintaining a tidy workspace
- Training on Day 7:00 am – 3:06 pm for 1 month, Monday to Friday. Then transitioning to Afternoon shift Monday - Thursday 15:00pm – 00:06am, Friday 15:00 – 19:06pm.

- Ability to program, monitor and troubleshoot machinery
- Excellent work history and proactive attitude with good references.
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously
- Comfortable working with adhesive glue
- Comfortable lifting 20kg parts and adhesives.
- Prior knowledge and experience with IBOTIC machines preferred but not essential.
- Previous adhesive spraying experience preferred.
