Our client is seeking an administration all-rounders to join their team.
About the Job
Our valued client has several administration positions available. All positions commence as casual with the opportunity to move into full time/permanent part time after a 6-month probationary period. Some roles will have varied hours depending on organisational needs and may include on-call or short notice shifts.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced administrators who enjoy a challenge and can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. If you are compassionate, reliable, hardworking, motivated, and proactive, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities can include:
- Reception duties
- Answering phones
- Data entry
- General administration duties
- Liaising with clients and contractors, fellow colleagues, management, and external stakeholders
- Administrators with an aged care background are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in MS Outlook
- Basic through to advanced administration knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office packages
- Friendly phone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be punctual and well presented
- Confident, compassionate, friendly and a positive attitude towards work
- Ability to prioritise work tasks according to deadlines
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work conditions & able to work autonomously
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake varied office duties
Must Have:
- Current Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check (Employee)
- Current National Police Check
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR desirable
