Our client is seeking an administration all-rounders to join their team.  
 
About the Job
Our valued client has several administration positions available. All positions commence as casual with the opportunity to move into full time/permanent part time after a 6-month probationary period. Some roles will have varied hours depending on organisational needs and may include on-call or short notice shifts.
 
We are looking for candidates who are experienced administrators who enjoy a challenge and can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. If you are compassionate, reliable, hardworking, motivated, and proactive, we want to hear from you!
 
The roles will include:
 
Administration / Reception
Care Co-Ordinator
Case Management
 
 
Your responsibilities can include:
  • Reception duties
  • Answering phones
  • Data entry
  • General administration duties
  • Liaising with clients and contractors, fellow colleagues, management, and external stakeholders
  • Administrators with an aged care background are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficient in MS Outlook
  Ideally the successful applicant should possess the following       attributes:
  • Basic through to advanced administration knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office packages
  • Friendly phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Be punctual and well presented
  • Confident, compassionate, friendly and a positive attitude towards work
  • Ability to prioritise work tasks according to deadlines
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work conditions & able to work autonomously
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake varied office duties
 
Must Have:
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People/Children Check (Employee)
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Current First Aid & CPR desirable
