About Our Client: Our client is responsible for electricity transmission and distribution and provides water and sewerage services to the five main Territory centres in the Northern Territory, being Darwin, Katherine, Alice Springs, Tennant Creek and Nhulunbuy.
  
Our client requires a full time EPMO Specialist to assist the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) for approximately a six-month contract. This role will assist the (EPMO) Manager in the system administration, including the collection and tracking of project data, and provide secretarial support to the Enterprise Portfolio Management Committee.
  
About the Role: 
  • Coordinate data exchange internally between EPMO and PM community and Stakeholders (via one-to-one, forums and Steer Co’s)
  • Provide Data Insights and Analysis of project data and financials
  • Provide data modelling logic of the Enterprise Portfolio based on scenarios and “What-ifs”
  • Investment Portfolio Reporting – provide input into the Enterprise reporting from EPMO perspective on budgets and performance metrics
  • Tracking and Monitoring of Enterprise KPI’s
  • Maintain EPMO records for submissions, papers and other artefacts
  • Provide support to EPMO team for updates to Frameworks, tools and templates.
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
  • Experience in financial monitoring, maintain accurate data, preferably in Project Management Systems/Asset Management System.
  • High level interpersonal and working in a high performing team environment with a strong focus on customer service and promoting corporate values.
  • Hish developed time management and organisational skills
  • Use of project reporting/ scheduling tools (MS Project/ PowerBI)
  • Experience in coordinating reports and ensuring quality reviews have been conducted within tight deadlines.
  • Must be Darwin based
  •  Specific qualifications or licenses required in business/administration (e.g., Certificate of Business).
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Tableau/PowerBI skills an advantage
  • Project Management experience or qualification desirable
