About Our Client
Our client, located in Broken Hill who specialises in steel fabrication and engineering is looking for the new face of their office. Presenting as the first point of contact for all walk ins and phone calls.
Supporting senior staff, dealing with accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as payroll you will be an integral part of the office team.
The successful applicants will be required to work on Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day.
This is a team environment and requires the right fit to be considered.

Essential skills and experience
- Proven strong experience in Administration support and/or Reception
- Ability to liaison and provide communications and coordinate with external suppliers.
- Strong customer service/service delivery for customers, visitors, contractors, and staff.
- Experience in the administration task and co-ordination, with a focus on continuous improvement of service delivery to support to end customers.
- Must have knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Payroll experience including use of MYOB
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver internal communications.
- Ability to multi-task, solve problem, and work with multiple priorities.
- Driver's Licence
