Our client is a major mining operation located approximately 970 kilometres south-east of Darwin in the Northern Territory.
Situated within one of the world’s largest deposits of zinc and lead, the operation plays an important role in the region’s resources sector and is supported by a large-scale, remote workforce and complex operational environment.
We are currently recruiting for a Systems & Reporting Administration Officer. This is a temp position working onsite at with the Health, Safety, Environment and Village (HSEV) Department, providing administrative and systems support for HSEV reporting and data management activities at the mine site.

We are currently recruiting for a Systems & Reporting Administration Officer. This is a temp position working onsite at with the Health, Safety, Environment and Village (HSEV) Department, providing administrative and systems support for HSEV reporting and data management activities at the mine site.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain accurate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) data, records, registers and site systems.
- Collect, validate and compile information for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Prepare routine HSE reports, information packs, dashboards and reporting tools using established templates and processes.
- Extract and manage data from HSE systems, including BSafe, RiskManager, Health Surveillance and Injury Management platforms.
- Identify data gaps or inconsistencies, maintain supporting procedures and training materials, and escalate issues where required.
- Provide administrative support to HSEV leaders and personnel, including managing blood lead data, medical and injury records, notifications and general HSE administration.
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
- Previous experience in an administrative, systems support, reporting or similar role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel (essential) and Outlook.
- Experience working with computerised databases, information management systems or similar business systems.
- Previous experience within a mining, operational, health and safety or regulated environment would be desirable.
- Certificate or qualification in business administration, information management or a related discipline would be desirable.
- Current drivers licence
- Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
- Available for the duration of the assignment
- Candidates must be Darwin Based
