About Our Client:
  
Our client is a well-established Territory Branding and Promotional business that has been a leader in the Northern Territory promotional industry for more than 15 years. They work with local NT businesses to provide a wide range of promotional products.
  
We are currently seeking an energetic, bubbly and organised Office Allrounder / Administrator to join their team!
  
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity available for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. The position is office-based in Darwin City.
  
About the Role & Responsibilities:
  
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days will be the same. You’ll provide general administrative support across the business, assist with finance administration including invoicing, and manage stock control using MYOB.
  
There is also genuine opportunity for career growth, with the potential to develop into a more sales-focused, customer-facing position as you build your knowledge of the business and its clients.
  
  • Providing a range of general administrative and office support
  • Receiving stock from suppliers and ensuring products are accurately sorted and distributed to the production room
  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to client enquiries and orders via phone and email
  • Processing and reconciling stock, invoices and financial data through MYOB
  • Assisting with sales and marketing activities, including data entry and quote preparation
  • Assisting with in-store customers and providing friendly, professional service
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient office environment
  • Assisting with general day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of the business
  
About You:
  
  • You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys working with people and is happy to take on a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly across Microsoft Office, Excel and MYOB
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and liaise confidently with a diverse range of clients
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
  • A friendly, bubbly and positive personality, with a genuine can-do attitude
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative and contribute to the wider team
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to jump in and assist wherever needed
