About the Role & Responsibilities
The Asset Officer undertakes activities that supports project administration delivered under the investment, contract administration and operational administration.
- Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive project administrative support to personnel responsible for the REPEX investment for the business unit.
- Provide contract and operational administration support to the business unit.
- Support internal stakeholders with the correct application of relevant administrative processes and systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Carry out duties in accordance with Power and Water's safety, environmental and quality policy, safety principles, corporate values and strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Proven experience in providing a high level of administrative support in a relevant context.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of information, asset management and financial management systems
- Experience in implementing and providing advice to stakeholders on contract administration.
- Experience with exception reporting, follow up and resolution.
- Experience with quality analysis and work flowing of operational administration activities of high volume e.g. invoices, purchase requisitions
