About The Job
Reporting to the Production Coordinator your main role is to ensure the quality and consistency of the products being produced on site . Duties may include but are not limited to :
- Supervising the addition of ingredients to a specific recipe/s.
- Start up and operation of equipment in cook room
- Machine Operation
- Perform operational tasks in the cook room.
- Ensure production specifications are met.
- Keep equipment in sanitary condition as per HACCP requirements.
- Ensure all production records are completed as per HACCP and Quality Control procedures.
- Provide suitable training and instructions for factory staff.
- Investigate customer complaints and advise on corrective actions.
- General duties as required
General Hours on offer:
- Monday to Thursday –7:50am -4:00pm
- Friday – 7:50am -2:00pm
- Proven prior experience in a food production or manufacturing sector highly regarded
- Safe food handling or similar qualification highly regarded
- Licence and own transport highly regarded
- Physically Fit
- Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised
- You will be reliable and have good worth ethic
- Be able to provide 2 recent work references
- Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
- Onsite parking
