Northern Territory. The team of 15 is powered by the latest refinishing equipment, including a state-of-the art smart bays with full infrared rail, and Spies Hecker paint system. We have an exciting opportunity for a Spray Painter/Refinisher to delegate and oversee the spray painting / refinishing of the vehicles

About the Role's:
- Apply water-based automotive paints with precision and attention to finish quality
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Accurately match colours to ensure seamless repairs and refinishing
- Mix and apply paints using spray guns and related equipment
- Carry out touch-ups and refinishing work to restore vehicles to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and deliver excellent customer outcomes
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
- Trade-qualified spray painter with proven hands-on experience
- Holds a current, unrestricted driver’s licence
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality finishes
- Takes pride in workmanship and consistently delivers professional results
- Reliable and safety-conscious, with a solid work ethic and team mindset
