We currently have an Expression of Interest open for Blast Hole Drill Operators (Open Cut Mining).
About the Role:
You will be responsible for operating blast hole drills in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining high productivity and compliance with site procedures.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for operating blast hole drills in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining high productivity and compliance with site procedures.
- 7 Days / 7 Nights / 14 Days Off
- 12-hour shifts
- FIFO from Darwin only (interstate flights not included)
- Ongoing position
- Modern, low-hour / new equipment
- Supportive team environment
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position for the right candidates
- FIFO ex Darwin (return flights)
- Food & accommodation onsite provided
- Proven experience operating one or more of the following drill rigs: Epiroc T45, D65, DML, or Pit Viper drills
- Experience on other drill rigs or heavy mining equipment will be considered highly transferable
- Demonstrated experience in hard rock environments (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of drilling safety, hazard identification, and site procedures
- Formal training competency, such as a Certificate III in Drilling Operations or relevant working experience
- A valid open driver’s licence
- Operating tickets and experience highly regarded but not essential. Such as loader, excavator, dozer, haul trucks.
- White Card
- The ability to pass a full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Must be willing to pay for your own interstate flights – these are not included
- Must be clean shaven
