Our client is a global leader in equipment, technology and services for the mining and aggregates industries. Based in Forrestfield, their busy manufacturing workshop is seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders to join their safety-focused and supportive team.
About the Role: We are currently seeking experienced Boilermaker/Welders for ongoing work within a busy heavy industrial manufacturing and repair workshop.
These are Monday-to-Friday day-shift roles, with standard hours of 6:00am to 2:30pm. Due to current workload, regular overtime is available, with shifts often extending to approximately 4:30pm. Weekend work may also be offered.
This role would suit experienced Boilermakers who are comfortable working on heavy industrial equipment and components and have previous experience with repairs, fabrication and wear liners.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete repairs and fabrication work on heavy industrial equipment and components
- Remove, repair, fabricate and install wear liners
- Perform welding, cutting and grinding
- Interpret drawings and complete work to required specifications
- Carry out general workshop fabrication and repair duties
- Complete work safely and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, safe and productive work area
- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent recognised qualification
- Previous experience as a qualified Boilermaker/Welder
- Demonstrated repair and wear-liner experience within manufacturing, mining or heavy industry
- Strong welding and fabrication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends when required
- Willingness to attend a site meet and greet and complete a weld test
- Immediate start for suitable applicants
