At CoreStaff, we are currently partnering with a well-known South Australian organisation to recruit an experienced Change Manager to support a range of strategic business initiatives.
Note: This role is open to Australian Citizens only.
This role will play a key part in driving organisational change across multiple projects, ensuring new ways of working are successfully embedded and business benefits are realised. The position sits within a collaborative transformation environment working closely with project teams, business leaders and stakeholders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include
- Developing and delivering structured change management plans across projects and improvement initiatives
- Identifying organisational, customer and workforce impacts associated with change initiatives
- Coaching leaders and initiative owners to support effective implementation and adoption of change
- Driving stakeholder engagement and communication strategies across impacted teams
- Supporting training, workforce planning and adoption activities to ensure sustainable outcomes
- Monitoring change activities and reporting on progress, risks and benefits realisation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong experience delivering change within complex environments and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of an organisation.
You will likely demonstrate
- Proven experience delivering organisational or project-based change initiatives
- Exposure to recognised methodologies such as PROSCI, Agile, Lean or Human Centred Design
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience supporting system, process or business transformation programs
- Understanding of project delivery frameworks and lifecycle stages
- The ability to translate complex initiatives into clear and practical change plans
- Work on meaningful transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with experienced leaders and project teams
- Contribute to large-scale organisational change programs
