Our client designs and manufactures high-quality data cabinets, server racks, and communication enclosures in bulk. CNC Programming/Setting for Brake Press/Turret CNC machines in a modern, high-volume sheet metal production environment.
The Role
- Programming and setting up (Amada) CNC Brake Press | Turret Press
- Reading and interpreting 3D schematics | Drawings | Bend sequences
- Selecting appropriate tooling, calculating bend allowances, and ensuring accurate setups for consistent high-quality output
- Producing precision sheet metal components for data cabinets
- Maintaining dimensional quality standards
- troubleshooting any technical or mechanical issues
- Completing production records, labelling finished goods for dispatch
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Ability to prioritise work safely and maintain product quality
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter
- Brake Press | Turret Press machine Experience
- Sheet metal | Metal fabrication industry experience (Highly Desired)
- Ability to read 3D models, drawings, and develop programs/sequences
- Solid mechanical aptitude | Resolve machine or tooling-related issues
- Exp working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing; data cabinets, enclosures or similar metal products
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during shift
