An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Finance and Commercial Manager to join a well established and growing organisation. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening commercial outcomes, and supporting executive decision making.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities across the business
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and performance objectives
• Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and alignment with business goals
• Manage contractual risk, obligations, and performance outcomes
• Monitor financial and commercial integrity of projects through cost, time, quality, and return on investment analysis
• Conduct cost benefit analysis and financial risk assessments
• Manage relationships with external advisors and key stakeholders
• Contribute to compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You are a highly analytical and commercially minded finance leader with the ability to translate financial data into strategic business outcomes. You possess strong stakeholder engagement skills and operate with a proactive, solutions focused mindset.
Skills and Experience
• CPA or CA qualification is essential
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, or similar discipline
• Extensive experience in senior finance or commercial management roles
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capability
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial contracts and financial risk
• ERP system experience, JDE or similar highly regarded
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership capability
• Experience within a manufacturing or complex operational environment will be highly regarded
