About Our Client:

About the Role:
As the Construction Superintendent, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of structural works on-site. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited too:
- Daily planning, coordination, and supervision of subcontractors
- Overseeing structural work fronts, safety controls, and exclusion zones
- Preparing for and coordinating concrete pours and inspections
- Supporting two-week lookahead planning and reporting constraints early
- Maintaining well-organised, tidy, and controlled work areas
- Working closely with the QC and Safety teams to uphold project standards
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A strong background in formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, columns, slabs, beams, and structural steel interfaces
- Proven ability to manage daily work fronts and coordinate multiple subcontractors
- Excellent sequencing and scheduling awareness to maintain pour programs
- Prior experience on defence, aviation, or secure sites (preferred but not essential)
- Strong field-based leadership – proactive, organised, and present on-site
- A calm and professional demeanour under pressure
- Clear communication skills and the ability to escalate issues early
- A team-first attitude with a strong safety focus
