CoreStaff is seeking an experienced Content Developer to support a large-scale finance system transformation program within the public sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant organisational change initiative that will transform financial processes, systems and ways of working across multiple stakeholder groups.

About the Opportunity:

The Content Developer will play a key role within the training stream of the program, supporting stakeholder engagement, early adoption and end-user learning.

This opportunity is temporary full time until June 2026. - Full working rights are required for this role (Australian Citizen or Australian PR only)

Working closely with the training team and subject matter experts, the successful candidate will design and develop high-quality change and training artefacts across a range of formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and document engaging learning content across multiple mediums.
  • Collaborate with the broader program team to support content development, including documentation, presentations, online materials, videos, infographics and other artefacts.
  • Produce high-quality artefacts to support stakeholder engagement, change management and training initiatives.
  • Translate complex subject matter into clear, user-friendly content for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to determine content requirements and structure.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience designing and documenting high-quality, engaging change, training and learning artefacts.
  • Experience working with organisational templates and branding across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure all artefacts meet established program standards.
  • Proven experience developing creative digital content, including videos and learning materials.
  • Ability to simplify complex subject matter for varied audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload autonomously and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing program needs while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of relevant legislation, policies and procedures including Code of Ethics, EEO and cultural inclusion.
  • Sound understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act 2012.
  • Understanding of, and ability to work in accordance with AS ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management – Guidelines.
