About the Role & Responsibilities
The Contracts Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and advisory support to enable the effective delivery of Core Operations’ capital and operational projects, ensuring alignment with our clients governance, policies, and procedures.
- Overseeing documentation, reporting, forecasting, and analysis to strengthen decision-making and financial discipline across Core Operations.
- Coordinate and undertake procurement and payment processes, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational requirements while facilitating effective stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of project, financial, and asset records by coordinating and undertaking data entry, reporting, and system updates (including Maximo) to enable informed decision-making and optimise asset management.
- Enhance system capability and data integrity by providing subject matter expertise, training, and support in Maximo and other corporate systems, fostering continuous improvement and best practice use.
- Deliver high-quality administrative and operational services, maintaining registers, workflows, and correspondence in line with public sector standards.
- Facilitate communication and engagement to ensure stakeholders are informed, aligned, and actively contributing to the achievement of Core Operations’ objectives.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Experience using a financial management system raising purchase requisitions, actioning invoice approvals.
- Experience using a travel arrangement systems
- Experience with Excel documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- The candidate will be working from Hudson Creek (or other sites) several days a week. A current driver's license is essential.
