Our client operates a mine site that proudly and sustainably produces Queensland Gold. Our client is an open cute gold mine located in Ravenswood.
We currently are seeking a Contracts Advisor.
About the Role
The Contracts Advisor is responsible for the end‑to‑end sourcing, tendering, commercial negotiation and award of site‑based operational and project contracts. The role works closely with site operations, maintenance and project teams to develop commercial contracting strategies and secure best‑value outcomes that support safe, reliable and cost‑effective mining operations.
This is a delivery‑focused, commercially oriented role with direct accountability for tender execution, contractor selection and commercial risk management.

About the Role

What Our Client Offers:
- 4 days on 3 days off (Mon-Thurs or Tue -Fri)
- 12 hour days
- DIDO within 2 hours of site
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law or related discipline desirable
- 5+ years’ experience in contracts, commercial or procurement roles within mining, construction or heavy industry
- Experience working within delegated authority and governance frameworks
- Proficiency in ERP systems, tender platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Professional certifications (e.g. CIPS, CPSM) desirable
- Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management
