We are currently seeking a Corporate Affairs / Marketing Administrator for an initial six-month temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

About the Role:
- 6 months temp role, could lead to permanent opportunity.
- Roster - 5D/2R/4D/3R
- 12 hour day
- FIFO and on-site Monday - Thursday, 5 day week Friday is in the Darwin office
- Must be Darwin resident due to roster
Duties:
- Provide high level administration services to Community and wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Scheduling and organising meetings for government officials and SLT
- Support delivery of corporate affairs activities including social media.
- Event planning, coordination and attendance
- General reception duties
- high level of data entry and general administrative tasks.
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
- Cert IV Business Administration
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience with social media management
- Experience with event management
- highly organised
- able to work independently and as part of a team
