CoreStaff Darwin have a exciting opportunity for a Culture & Talent Advisor!
  
Our Client is a government-owned corporation who transmits and distributes electricity, and provides water and sewerage services, across the Northern Territory.
  
About the Role & Responsibilities
  
The Culture and Talent Advisor will lead and support the development and implementation of strategic people initiatives that enhance organisational culture, diversity, inclusion, talent management, and employee engagement.
  
  • Develop frameworks and plans for workforce culture, succession planning, and employee experience
  • Coordinate and implement Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Support cultural events, employee networks, and advocacy groups
  • Assist with compliance and reporting requirements for D&I activities
  • Lead the development and execution of talent programs, including attraction, retention, recognition, and succession planning.
  • Analyse workforce data and engagement metrics to inform strategy and measure success.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
  • Maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for all programs.
  • Develop and manage budgets for people programs and events and monitor expenditure and provide accurate reporting to support financial accountability.
  • Plan and coordinate organisational events that support cultural engagement, recognition, and diversity initiatives
  
  
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent management, diversity, and engagement
  • Proven experience in budget management, event planning, and project management
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
  • Experience in planning and delivering organisational events that support cultural engagement, recognition, and diversity objective
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline is desirable
  • Proven experience in a relatable role is essential
