About the client:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a leading NSW Government department based in Ulladulla.
This position will see you working on a Part Time basis- 10 hours per week - with opportunities for additional hours.
Training:
Successful contractors will take part in a full time (35 hours per week) training and nesting for approximately 8 - 10 weeks.
After the nesting period you will revert to the contracted hours (10 hours per week). The training program is delivered over 2 distinct sessions, each spanning five consecutive days.
Contractors will need to travel to our specialised training facility in Coffs Harbour or Penrith NSW (or other if permitted), during these periods to fulfill their training requirements.

- Providing assistance and accurate information in a timely manner

- Previous customer service experience
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Available to commence for an immediate start
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
