- Majority of interactions are not with the general public just within the team/warehouse.
- Answering queries through both phone calls and emails with a 2-hour response timeframe
- Answering the Boomgate intercom to allow trucks access to site
- Possibility to assist in the warehouse.
- Small team of 4 (including this vacancy)
- Multi-skilled to work on different tasks in the office for flexibility
- 8am-4:06pm & 8:55am-5:01pm shifts - alternating each week
- Full training provided and supportive team.
- Need to be comfortable using a computer.
- No pressure to answer phones straight away
