We have a permanent opportunity for a Full Time Dealership Administration Manager to join our clients team.
  
About the Role & Responsibilities:
  
As Dealership Admin Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of the dealership. This role requires strong Australian automotive knowledge, leadership, and the ability to manage financial controls, dealership systems, and compliance requirements across multiple brands.
  • Based in Darwin, Northern Territory
  • Oversee daily accounting functions including bank reconciliations, and month-end / end of year processing.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with manufacturer programs, dealer agreements, and the Franchising Code of Conduct.
  • Manage the processing of vehicle sales, registrations, wholesale/retail settlements, floorplan finance, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain dealership management systems (DMS- Pentana) and ensure efficient data and reporting practices.
  • Support HR, payroll, and workplace compliance requirements.
  • Provide executive management with accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
  • Experience in automotive dealership industry is essential
  • Must be based in Darwin or willing to relocate
  • High-level understanding of floorplan finance, accounting, warranty, and manufacturer reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage compliance with manufacturer, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to build and develop a high-performing admin team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with staff, OEM partners, and financial institutions.
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Australia.
