We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dispatch Operator
to join our team in the Geraldton region. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Coordinate and schedule daily dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to manage workflow effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including documentation and data entry.
- Monitor progress of deliveries, resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transport, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
- A team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service.
