The Role: We are currently seeking experienced Front Lift Drivers to join our client's team based out of Kilburn, SA.
These roles involve the safe collection, transport and disposal of waste using heavy vehicles in line with safety, environmental and quality standards. You’ll be part of a dedicated, supportive team that values reliability, safety and great customer service.

Hours & Roster:
- All roles are based at Kilburn location.
- Start times from 3:30am
- Front Lift Drivers: Start between 1:00am – 4:30am depending on the route
- Shifts: Planned around 10 hours (occasional 12-hour shifts during busy periods)
- Mon- Fri with occasional overtime offered.
- Current Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
- White Card (or the ability to obtain one)
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Driving record (or ability to obtain)
- Physically fit with a strong focus on safety and teamwork
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Certificate III in Waste Management or equivalent experience
- Immediate start available
