About the Role:
As a key member of a small maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support plant availability and reliability targets.
Role Summary & Accountabilities:
- Maintenance of both low and high voltage (LV and HV) electrical systems, a broad range of instrumentation, and control system equipment
- Perform calibration of various process control and measurement systems, including gas analysers and control valves
- Apply and continue to develop your expertise in process control instrumentation commonly used in Petrochemical and Oil & Gas facilities
- Queensland Electrical Licence as Electrical Fitter/Mechanic (or Australian equivalent) – Essential
- Current “C” class manual driver’s licence – Essential
- Dual trade qualification in Electrical and Instrumentation – Highly regarded
- Experience in troubleshooting, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of instrumentation – Highly regarded
- Experience in hazardous area maintenance within an operating plant – Desirable
- Qualified Electrical Technicians with instrumentation knowledge and experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship
- Monday to Friday roster, with shared on-call duties across the team
- Accrued RDOs allow for a 4-day weekend every 5th week and a 5-day weekend every 10th week
