About the Role:
We’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor – Installations & Service to lead in-house electrical teams. This senior role acts as the company’s nominated Qualified Supervisor under the WA Electrical Contractor’s Licence, ensuring all electrical installation and service activities are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
This is a non-on-tools technical leadership role, providing oversight, fault diagnosis support, and continuous improvement across solar, battery, inverter, and monitoring systems. The position also supports progression toward solar and battery designer accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision, licensing and regulatory compliance
- Installation and service quality assurance
- Electrical safety leadership and risk management
- Technical oversight and escalation support
- Continuous improvement of service operations
- Development and maintenance of service standards and documentation
- Team leadership, coaching and capability development
- Support of scheduling and operational delivery
- Reporting, record keeping and system updates
- Stakeholder and customer liaison
- Design review and validation (as qualifications are attained)
- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Eligible to act as Qualified Supervisor (WA Electrical Contractor’s Licence)
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards and regulations
- Experience supervising electrical installations and service operations
- Technical expertise in solar, battery and inverter systems
- Strong safety and compliance mindset
- Leadership and team development capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- WA Driver’s Licence
