About Our Client:  

Our client is a global leader in environmental services, providing sustainable waste, water, and energy solutions. Their Bibra Lake facility supports industrial operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation.

About the Role: 
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
  • Conduct routine site inspections and provide updates to the Site Supervisor
  • Perform general maintenance and repair duties across the facility
  • Modify and update electrical wiring diagrams as needed
  • Support the use and updating of maintenance asset management systems
  • Plan and schedule site-specific maintenance activities
  • Request and manage permits to work in line with Veolia’s Safety Rules and permit systems
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including workshop and tools
  • Complete defect notifications and carry out necessary repair works
  • Assist team members with maintenance tasks and troubleshooting
  • Support operations teams as needed
  • Follow instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor and provide additional support when required
  • Use technology and digital tools to diagnose faults and perform repairs
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as required
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Hold a recognised Electrical Trade Qualification and a current WA Electrical Licence
  • Experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting heavy industrial plant and equipment
  • Proficient in using trade tools, with strong fault-finding skills
  • Familiar with PLC/SCADA systems for automation and control
  • Computer literate, with experience using maintenance and asset management systems
  • Hold current licences/tickets including:
    • Forklift Licence
    • Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
    • Working at Heights
Applicants must be willing to undergo the following:
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment medical including DAS
  • Minimum of two recent, relevant and contactable employment references
