About the Role & Responsibilities
The EPMO (Enterprise Project Management) Officer Coordinate and liaise with project managers for project data to be captured into the Enterprise Project Management System to ensure monthly performance reports are completed and up to date.
- Coordinate and liaise with project managers for project data to be captured into the Enterprise Project Management System to ensure monthly performance reports are completed and up to date
- Provide secretariat support to Enterprise Portfolio Management Committee (EPMC), advising on committee procedure and practice; providing administrative and clerical support; undertaking research and analytical work related to the terms of reference and content of inquiries, and taking meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative support and system training to project managers on how to use EPM system.
- Provide technical support to Project Managers to achieve project governance and compliance aligned to the Investment & Delivery Framework.
- Provide guidance, participate in meetings, training and/or assistance in navigating the Investment and Delivery Framework (IDF) submission gateways and procedures
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- experience in financial monitoring, maintaining accurate data, preferably in a Project Management System/Asset Management System.
- High level interpersonal and working in a high performing team environment with a strong focus on customer service and promoting corporate values.
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills. Experience in coordinating reports ensuring quality reviews have been conducted within tight deadlines.
- Performed secretariat roles for executive leadership teams
