CoreStaff Darwin are seeking an Excavator operator for an ongoing position based in pinelands, working with a lead metal recycling company. 

About the Role:

• Long term 
• Day Shift Monday to Friday with some weekends. 
• Great hourly rates plus penalties
• Great working conditions
• Darwin based

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and excavators
• Sorting materials using excavators
• Grading products
• Crushing and baling steel scrap
• Conducting pre-start checks
• Cleaning the work area
• Dealing with walk-in customers and truck drivers

To be successful for this role you will need the following:

• Current drivers’ licence
• White card
• Forklift ticket is essential
• RII Excavator ticket
• Ability to pass drug/alcohol screen
• Must be Darwin based
