Our client, located in Laverton, is currently seeking an experienced Export Shipping Coordinator to the overall day to day exporting of finished goods. The successful application would be required to work day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm.

About the Job
Reporting to the logistics manager you will manage the overall day to day exporting of finished goods.
- Plan, book and oversee end-to-end export processes
- Prepare and process export documentation ensuring compliance
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight providers and customers
- Address and resolve any issues as they arise to ensure service excellence
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
About You
- Previous shipping coordination experience
- Experience in export documentation
- Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks effectively
- Efficient under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite – particularly excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Previous exposure to the meat industry preferred but not essential
