We are currently seeking an experienced Field Supervisor
to support a range of Exploration & Geology field operations across Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team delivering critical exploration and field-based projects in a safety-focused environment.
Successful candidates will supervise one or more operational workstreams and play a key role in ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The position will be responsible for coordinating daily field activities, ensuring compliance with statutory and site requirements, and providing leadership to crews and contractors.

The position will be responsible for coordinating daily field activities, ensuring compliance with statutory and site requirements, and providing leadership to crews and contractors.
- Earthworks and rehabilitation activities
- Hydrogeological drilling programs
- Reverse Circulation (RC) exploration drilling
- Diamond drilling programs
- A combination of the above operational activities
- Supervise day-to-day field operations and contractor performance
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all activities
- Ensure compliance with site procedures, statutory obligations and environmental requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, pre-starts and safety inspections
- Coordinate personnel, equipment and operational resources
- Monitor work quality, productivity and project progress
- Liaise with project stakeholders, geologists, contractors and site management
- Complete daily reporting and relevant operational documentation
Mandatory Requirements Applicants must possess:
- Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
- Successful completion of:
- BSBWHS411 – Implement and Monitor WHS Policies, Procedures and Programs
- RIIRIS402E – Carry Out the Risk Management Process
- Successful completion of the WorkSafe WA Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Examination
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate
- Demonstrated experience supervising field-based mining, exploration, drilling, rehabilitation, earthworks or related operational activities.
