FIFO Site Administrator

Always wanted to get into FIFO work but don't know where to start?

Do you have previous experience in site administration or a similar roles? 


As site administrator some of your duties will include : 
  • Travel & Accommodation Bookings
  • Compiling and distributing reports 
  • Assisting with building maintenance requests
  • Managing the front desk reception , including reception duties, answering and directing calls and sending email correspondence
  • Managing kiosk/retail shop as required
  • Provide support to internal clients 
  • Organising deliveries 
  • Organising staff event logistics
  • Assisting visitors and residents at site
  • Check in and out of residents
  • Providing ad hoc support across the housekeeping and catering departments as required
  • Additional duties as required across varied utility tasks
Essential Requirements:
  • Must currently live in Adelaide and surrounding areas and able to fly out of Adelaide Airport
  • Previous site administration experience within a customer service or energy & resources role.
  • Experience with SAMS reservation system or similar ( highly regarded)
  • Experience using INX Inflight software systems ( Highly regarded) 
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Approachable and friendly personality
  • Be able to pass a Pre-employment Medical & Pass a Drug Screen
  • Hold a police check or be willing to obtain
  • Valid Australian Manual driver's license 
  • Must be able to provide 1-2 recent contactable work references
