About the Role:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Fixed Plant Boilermaker to join our client's maintenance team. This is a 7/7 FIFO from roster Perth.
You will undertake fabrication, welding and repair work across fixed plant equipment and infrastructure, supporting plant reliability and safe, efficient processing operations.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Fixed Plant Boilermaker to join our client's maintenance team. This is a 7/7 FIFO from roster Perth.
You will undertake fabrication, welding and repair work across fixed plant equipment and infrastructure, supporting plant reliability and safe, efficient processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out fabrication, welding and repairs on fixed plant equipment and steel structures
- Repair and replace worn components, including chutes, hoppers, guards and wear plates
- Support planned maintenance, shutdown activities and breakdown repairs
- Read and interpret technical drawings to complete fabrication and installation work
- Inspect equipment and identify defects requiring repair
- Work closely with mechanical fitters, operators and supervisors to coordinate maintenance activities
- Follow site isolation, permit and hot work procedures
- Complete maintenance records and maintain a safe, tidy work area
- Cert III - Fabrication/Boilermaker Trade
- Previous fixed plant maintenance experience within mining or heavy industry
- Strong fabrication and welding skills
- Experience working on processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors and chutes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- A strong commitment to safety and following site procedures
- A reliable, team-focused approach and ability to work independently
- Willingness to undertake FIFO work in a remote mining environment
- FIFO from Perth
