Our client is recognized as world leaders in floral innovation, research, and development. They are currently seeking multiple fast paced floral arrangers and packers to assist in the production and dispatch of their products
The right candidates will be available for immediate start, transferrable skills and experienced production workers will both be considered!
We are looking to bring on more casuals for the lead up to Mothers Day.
Day shift 6.30am till finish (upto 6days per week)
Night shift 6pm-2am (upto 6 days per week)
Must be available to start week commencing 20/04/2026
Duties will include but not limited to the following:

- Bunching and wrapping of mixed and single floral bunches
- Bouquet arrangements Wiring flowers
- Labelling of finished products
- Working to design specifications
- Flower Prep (cutting, stripping)
- Packing, and palletising of finished product
- Boxing and loading belt duties
- General Warehouse duties
- Previous FAST Paced processing work experience
- Be self-motivated and reliable
- Good eye for detail
- Adaptability to changing tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be physically fit (standing required throughout shift)
