We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team who are comfortable using power tools in a safe friendly environment. If you have experience in general labouring roles, have always had an interest in manufacturing & are looking for some stability this may be the job for you.
Responsibilities:
Frame and Truss Assembly - Afternoon shift - Based in Wacol
Role will commence with 2-3 weeks training on day shift 6am-2pm then move into Afternoon shift 2pm - 10pm
Day shift rate: $32.31
Afternoon shift rate: $36.19

- Screw/nail together timber frames and trusses as per instruction from truss setter and SOP.
- Stack trusses as per the stacking lists.
- Assist with moving completed truss stacks to dispatch area.
- Keep area tidy and clean, empty bins when full.
- Practice correct manual handling techniques when lifting and moving trusses.
- Report any faulty tools or equipment to the team leader.
- Assist with strapping stacked packs for dispatch as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forklift operations
- Truck loading and unloading
- Stock picking and packing
- General housekeeping
- LF forklift license and minimum 1 year experience
- Must have experience with 6m-8m wide loads
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work 38 hours a week, with potential overtime.
