About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of integrated facilities management services to remote mining and resource sites across Australia. They are committed to creating safe, comfortable, and engaging village environments that support the wellbeing of FIFO workers.

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Health Lifestyle Coordinators to join our client's FIFO village teams across Western Australia.
In this rewarding role, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging health and wellbeing initiatives that encourage residents to stay active, social, and connected while away from home. No two days are the same, with a variety of recreational, fitness, and community activities to coordinate.

Duties include:
  • Planning and delivering health and wellbeing programs
  • Coordinating recreational activities, sporting competitions and social events
  • Facilitating group fitness sessions and wellness initiatives
  • Promoting physical and mental wellbeing throughout the village
  • Managing recreational facilities and equipment
  • Building positive relationships with residents and encouraging participation
  • Maintaining activity schedules and reporting attendance
  • Ensuring activities are delivered safely and in line with site procedures
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in recreation, fitness, hospitality, community engagement or a similar role
  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness, Recreation, Sport & Recreation or related qualification (desirable)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and create engaging activities for diverse groups
  • Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
  • Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Full Australian Working Rights
