Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on Industrial Relations matters, including awards, EBAs, and legislation
- Manage employee relations issues including investigations, performance management, and disputes
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work requirements and internal policies
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical HR and IR solutions
- Support generalist HR activities across the business
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
- Proven experience in a HRBP, HR Advisor, or IR-focused role
- Strong Industrial Relations knowledge, including awards and enterprise agreements
- Ability to manage complex employee relations matters
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel to remote locations as required
