About Our Client:

Our client is a globally recognised organisation providing assurance, testing, inspection and certification services across a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking additional support within their HR function.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR/IR Specialist to join the team. This role will have a strong focus on Industrial Relations, providing advice and guidance across a range of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on Industrial Relations matters, including awards, EBAs, and legislation
  • Manage employee relations issues including investigations, performance management, and disputes
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work requirements and internal policies
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver practical HR and IR solutions
  • Support generalist HR activities across the business
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven experience in a HRBP, HR Advisor, or IR-focused role
  • Strong Industrial Relations knowledge, including awards and enterprise agreements
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations matters
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel to remote locations as required
