We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HSE Advisor who can provide advisory support and customized HSE solutions to both internal & external stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving a positive and proactive safety culture, supporting continuous improvement, and promoting engagement in health, safety, and environmental practices for the project.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Implement HSE policies that meet legislative requirements, whilst providing advice to contribute positively to the health, safety and well-being of all employees, contractors and the environment.
- Promote and ensure the appropriate standards of health, safety and environmental management are adhered too.
- Identify and improve/develop company HSE policies, systems and programs, whilst monitoring legislative requirements to ensure positive HSE outcomes are reached for staff, clients and contractors
- Provide HSE training and advice to managers and staff on industry best practice.
- Manage accident/incident investigations and prevention initiatives.
- Liaise and represent the company on all HSE matters with clients, government agencies and the community in general.
- Report on all facets of HSE as required.
- Participate and represent HSE in tender preparation and review.
- Manage HSE within projects with team members.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Proven experience in the construction and engineering industry.
- Clear understanding of HSE legislation.
- Generalist HSE knowledge, including incident investigation and internal auditing capability.
- Current C Class WA Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including DAS
