We have an exciting opportunity for 6 month contract (possible for extension).

About the Role & Responsibilities
The Service Centre Officer is responsible for providing high quality, timely and customer focused ICT support for our client’s users and customers.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is collaborative, engaging, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team, based in our office in Darwin City!
Role Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for our client’s staff requiring assistance with Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) services
- Provide ICT incident management, request fulfilment, procurement, auditing and administrative services for the Corporation
- Provide ICT support and services through telephone, remote technology and field support to the Corporation
- Document and update knowledge documentation, work instructions and procedures pertaining to ICT services
- Provide, coordinate and facilitate a high standard of customer focussed service delivery outcomes working with a range of outsourced ICT service providers and in-house ICT staff
- Carry out duties in accordance with the Corporation’s safety and environmental policy, safety principles, corporate values and behaviours
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administration support.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a customer service/service centre environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience and management with ICT services including mobile devices, desktop, laptop and tablet computers, multi-function devices, video and teleconferencing with the ability to troubleshoot faults and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrated customer service focus, including excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of communication channels for the efficient and accurate transfer of information to external and internal stakeholders.
- Familiar with maintaining service levels, procurement tasks, and account maintenance
- Able to quickly learn new technologies and business systems
- ITIL knowledge or certification (desirable)
- Previous experience in an ICT service delivery environment (desirable)
- Candidates MUST be Darwin based and residing in the NT.
