About the Role: 

As an Industrial Spray Painter, you will play a key role in producing engineered equipment by applying industrial coatings in line with company standards and specifications, ensuring quality and consistency in every application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting using methods such as abrasive blasting, high-pressure water cleaning, and hand tool techniques.
  • Apply industrial coatings and paints to various surfaces in line with specified standards and requirements.
  • Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure they remain in safe and effective working condition.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prime and paint equipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards prior to final sign-off.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture by following all site safety procedures and protocols.
  • Uphold quality standards by adhering to company policies and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably directed by your supervisor.
Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as an Industrial Painter (trade qualification desirable)
  • Strong understanding of surface preparation techniques and the application of industrial coatings
  • Current manual driver’s licence
  • High standard of technical skills relevant to the trade
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to plan and manage work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team environment
  • Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
