Preferred Requirements:

Proficiency in gardening and landscaping with a minimum of 2 years of experience
Possess a current C Class manual driver's licence to facilitate efficient transportation
Hold a Working with Children Blue card and a Construction White card to ensure safety and compliance
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to deliver high-quality results
Keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning outdoor spaces

Preferred Qualifications:

Formal training or certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating a track record of success
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing work environments
