We are seeking Machine Operators to join the team at one of Australia's leading steel manufacturers. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines, including Rain Water Machines and Sheeting Machines, while following strict safety procedures.

Key Duties:
- Operating multiple machines, including all Rain Water Machines and Sheeting Machines.
- Safely operating overhead pendant cranes.
- Adhering to BlueScope’s safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a high level of reliability and punctuality.
- Strong commitment to safety and team work.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- Forklift Licence (preferred, but not essential).
- Potential to progress to full-time position.

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to operate and maintain production machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
