Our client BlueScope Steel is seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join their team in 2025. As part of our ongoing commitment to safety and operational excellence, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines, including Rain Water Machines and Sheeting Machines, while following strict safety procedures.
Key Duties:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to operate and maintain production machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- An understanding of workplace health and safety practices

Key Duties:
- Operating multiple machines, including all Rain Water Machines and Sheeting Machines.
- Safely operating overhead pendant cranes.
- Adhering to BlueScope’s safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining a high level of reliability and punctuality.
- Strong commitment to safety and team work.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- Forklift License (preferred, but not essential).
- Potential to progress to full-time position.
