- Experience: Previous experience operating machinery in any fast-paced manufacturing environment (Timber, Metal, Plastics, etc.)
- Reliability: You’re someone who shows up on time and ready to go.
- Attitude: You can follow instructions, work unsupervised, and take pride in your work.
