This is a hands-on machine operating / production role working with rubber extrusion and die press machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The position involves operating machinery across multiple stages — from raw material preparation through to extrusion, pressing, finishing, and packing.
Day Shift times: 08:30 - 16:00
Afternoon Shift times: 16:00 - Midnight

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing raw materials for production processes
- Operating rubber extrusion machines, die press machinery
- Moving products between machines throughout the production process
- Assisting with mould setups, changeovers, and machine adjustments
- Conducting visual quality inspections on finished products
- Cleaning and preparing products for dispatch
- Performing manual handling and general production duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Recent Machine Operator Exp within manufacturing environment
- Beneficial: Experience within rubber industry, textile manufacturing, or extrusion processes
- Ability to work with rubber extrusion and die press machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
- Reliability, good attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks, stand for extended periods
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ongoing casual positions (with view to permanent)
