Working in a workshop environment, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of a range of fixed plant equipment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- $57.48 per hour + applicable penalties
- Monday to Friday roster – no weekend work required
- Early start: 6:30am – 3:00pm finish
- Occasional overtime available
- Stable, long-term opportunity in a well-equipped workshop
- Casual to permanent opportunity available
Working in a workshop environment, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of a range of fixed plant equipment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repairs on screens, gearboxes, pumps, and wash plant equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Australian recognised Mechanical Trade
- Forklift license desirable
- Proven experience working with mobile or fixed plant equipment
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
- Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
